This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility while engaging with our outpatient office framework. Our team operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accommodating the needs of our clients and therapists alike. The remote setting empowers our therapists to maintain a better work-life balance while offering high-quality care to clients throughout Visalia, California, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, shaping the foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Design individualized treatment strategies tailored to meet our clients' unique needs, considering their life circumstances and clinical symptoms.

• Engage in regular one-on-one counseling sessions with clients, adapting treatment approaches based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering community support and skills development among participants.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, ensuring that treatment goals are being addressed effectively and making adjustments as needed.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately, using electronic health record systems in compliance with regulatory standards.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Sun River Behavioral Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
