Work Environment\n

This full-time position is remote, with flexibility to accommodate various needs. Although most interactions will be conducted virtually, you will also have opportunities to work within our outpatient office framework, ensuring a balance between community and online engagement. Regular hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a stable and predictable work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients to accurately assess their mental health needs and formulate customized treatment plans.

• Engage with patients through compassionate dialogue, creating a safe space for them to discuss their concerns, thereby aiding in accurate diagnosis.

• Develop recovery-oriented strategies and coping mechanisms personalized to each patient’s journey, ensuring they have the necessary tools to manage their mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
