Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored, individual therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive support and treatment for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay current on best practices in the field of mental health.

Qualifications\n
