Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver culturally-informed psychotherapy to a diverse clientele, including individuals (adults, teens, and children), couples, and groups.

• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using our streamlined Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care.

• Participate in regular team meetings, engage in peer consultation sessions, and attend clinical training to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active LPCC license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Mindzen Psychiatry offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, with additional incentives based on performance and caseload management.
