Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to establish a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are structured and goal-oriented, tailored to facilitate client progress.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in our digital records, ensuring all information is current and complies with regulatory standards.

• Reassess treatment protocols regularly, adjusting strategies to align with evolving client needs and therapeutic objectives.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams, including fellow counselors and external healthcare professionals, to provide optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and substance use disorders, many of whom may have limited access to traditional healthcare settings. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming their lives by offering support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active LPCC license in California, demonstrating licensure to practice independently.

• At least 2 years of relevant counseling experience in clinical settings.

• Strong proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic record-keeping software.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging effectively with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly using teletherapy as a primary mode of service provision.

• Familiarity with multiple therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• An understanding of the challenges faced by diverse populations regarding mental health and substance use.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
