Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, utilizing assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to develop and implement engaging treatment programs that resonate with clients.

• Participate actively in the credentialing committee, providing insights and recommendations to uphold our standards of care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings with psychiatric providers and fellow clinical staff to ensure holistic care for all clients.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and monitor client progress to adjust therapeutic techniques as necessary.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document sessions, treatment plans, and client outcomes efficiently and accurately.

• Perform all additional tasks as assigned by leadership, contributing to the overall mission and objectives of the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.

• An active LPCC license is required to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
