Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary structure ranging from USD 50,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your full-time or part-time status. Full-time counselors can earn between USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, while part-time counselors have compensation ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year.
