Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage individuals and families in the therapeutic process, encouraging them to utilize skills and strategies for addressing their challenges effectively.

• Facilitate client self-discovery by asking insightful questions that help them identify feelings and behaviors impacting their mental health.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that specifically address issues such as family dynamics, negative behavioral patterns, and other personal struggles, adapting as needed to assure the effectiveness of the intervention.

• Provide therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, ensuring all interactions are conducted with professionalism and care.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship problems. Your expertise will directly contribute to their healing journey, guiding them through evidence-based interventions that promote health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active LPCC license issued by the State of California.
\n
• Strong understanding of principles, methodologies, and procedures for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and interventions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices to adults suffering from various mental health disorders.

• Proficiency in utilizing computers and teleconferencing software, with a preference for applicants having prior telemedicine experience.

• Ability to integrate technology into therapeutic practices to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
