Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele at Wellness Way consists primarily of stable adults who present low acuity mental health issues. All clients undergo a pre-screening process to ensure they are suitable for outpatient therapy. You will not be responsible for managing severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on fostering improvement and stability among individuals seeking support. Our matching process aligns clients with therapists based on specialties and demographic preferences, promoting effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• Strong clinical skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with the number of hours worked and experience.
