Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, and medication treatment approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs, as determined by our skilled clinical team.

• Actively contribute to all licensing and accreditation efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Serve as a liaison for clients to relevant service systems and state agencies, facilitating seamless access to resources.

• Create effective communication channels among various stakeholders to uphold the clinic's mission and objectives.

• Establish relationships with community partners, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program outreach and secure potential funding opportunities.
