Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services via telehealth, adapting to client needs for either virtual or hybrid appointments.

• Maintain detailed and timely electronic records for all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with the intake coordinator to ensure clients are matched effectively to therapists based on expertise and areas of interest.

• Participate in clinical case reviews and consultation meetings to enhance therapeutic approaches and outcomes.

• Work alongside our billing specialist to ensure pre-authorizations are secured and manage any concerns related to client billing.

• Proactively grow your caseload to accommodate an additional 15-35 clients, leveraging marketing and outreach opportunities provided by the organization.
