Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to design appropriate and personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring they align with each client's specific circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring holistic treatment for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
