Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial patient intakes and comprehensive assessments to evaluate psychosocial needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Providing brief therapeutic interventions during therapy sessions, focusing on crisis evaluations and delivering effective phone triage when patients require immediate support.

• Facilitating individual and family therapy sessions designed to address a variety of mental health conditions, from mild to moderate, while ensuring to refer clients with severe mental illness to specialized services.

• Monitoring and updating treatment plans in adherence to the current standards of practice and adjusting approaches based on client progress and feedback.

• Participating in safety programs, including possible assignment to emergency response teams to ensure client and workplace safety.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
