This full-time telehealth position allows for flexible work arrangements, primarily during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and provide individualized therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family counseling.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to tailor your approach based on client needs and goals, adhering to the medical necessity and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups and support classes on parenting and mental wellness, promoting community engagement and education.
\n
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including client progress notes, treatment plans, and billing submissions, ensuring that all required materials are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Meet contractual obligations by maintaining a clear understanding of billing practices and ensuring that you deliver the required number of reimbursable therapy hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be serving a diverse client population that includes children and community members facing a variety of mental health challenges. By providing culturally sensitive and client-centered therapeutic services, you will help empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys and achieve lasting positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• A self-motivated approach with a clear ability to initiate and complete necessary client documentation and billing processes independently.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience providing teletherapy or working in a remote counseling environment. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
