Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, increasing the likelihood of positive patient outcomes.

• Provide both psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in accordance with departmental policies and requirements.

• Collaborate closely with members of the healthcare team to formulate a holistic treatment plan, including effective discharge planning in coordination with social work interventions.

• Assist clients in navigating discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care by connecting them with relevant regional services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Clear Route Counseling, we work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide array of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The ideal candidate will be equipped to tailor their therapeutic approaches to suit the distinct needs of each demographic while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of active state licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or an equivalent credential.

• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in clinical skills and independent practice.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records systems, word processing, email platforms, and spreadsheet applications.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a self-directed manner.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working with diverse populations or specializing in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or similar modalities is preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
