Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct routine follow-ups to review client progress, assess stability, and schedule upcoming appointments or discharges as necessary.
\n
• Develop, implement, and actively monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they align with each client’s unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate appropriate interventions.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions to help clients achieve therapeutic goals.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on case management.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and provide holistic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients, addressing their unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
