Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare Mental Health Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing a caseload of clients through regular check-ins, including progress reviews and discussions about treatment adjustments.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with clients' goals.

• Conducting detailed intake assessments to determine initial treatment needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of session notes, treatment progress, and client interactions in accordance with best practices.

• Participating in weekly supervision sessions for professional growth and reflective practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around youth and adolescent clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
