Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and setting healthy boundaries.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to review treatment plans, assessing stability and determining the appropriate timing for discharge.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, adapting strategies as needed to meet each client’s goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to comply with clinic standards and regulations.

• Engage in individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, offering tailored therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices.

• Participate in ongoing supervisory sessions to foster professional growth and hone clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
