Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, focusing on culturally sensitive interventions and addressing specific needs to ensure effective care delivery.

• Regularly monitor and assess patients' progress, modifying treatment approaches and strategies to effectively support mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, clinical reports, and other relevant information, adhering to regulatory standards and internal protocols.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaborative care among patients, family members, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive mental health solutions.

• Provide education and mentorship for students, interns, and other trainees, sharing your expertise and fostering a supportive learning environment.

• With guidance from your clinical supervisor, participate in peer reviews, clinical auditing, and team development initiatives to enhance overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will provide support for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions, utilizing a culturally responsive approach to meet the specific needs of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a current Washington State license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health care practices, particularly in diagnosing and treating psychological disorders, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Proven ability to establish rapport with patients and engage them in the treatment process, effectively supporting their mental health journey.

• At least six months to one year of clinical experience within a mental health setting.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
