Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at CloudWave, your responsibilities will include:

• Directly engaging with clients to collaboratively set and achieve individualized treatment goals.

• Delivering prevention-oriented therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Implementing and regularly reviewing comprehensive treatment plans, adjusting strategies as required to ensure optimal progress.

• Collaborating with additional treatment providers and community placement agencies to coordinate client care effectively.

• Timely completion of all necessary documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to maintain compliance and assure high-quality care.

• Maintaining an active caseload while managing session notes in accordance with our operational workflows.

• Participating in regular staff meetings, contributing to an enriching workplace culture.

• Fostering a positive environment by enhancing team morale and cooperation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in providing compassionate care and building rapport with clients, focusing on their unique experiences and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, contingent on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
