Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through virtual consultations to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and treatment plans in compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to create coordinated treatment plans that address all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Engage in regular peer consultation meetings to discuss case management strategies, therapeutic techniques, and personal development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adults, each facing different mental health challenges. You will work with diverse populations, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience in diagnosing and treating varying mental health conditions with a client-centered approach.

• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and rapport-building with clients.
