Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive remote social work services, including therapy and counseling, tailored specifically to the needs of children and their families.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of clients, identifying strengths and areas requiring intervention.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and ensure positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Coordinate with schools and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to care and adequate resource allocation for clients.

• Advocate for the rights of clients within educational settings, assisting in accessing necessary resources and support services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social challenges in a school environment. Your work will be crucial in fostering their emotional resilience, enhancing their coping strategies, and helping them succeed both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Oregon.

• Proven expertise with a minimum of three years of experience in clinical social work, particularly in educational or community settings.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and families.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools necessary for remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with children and adolescents in school-based settings is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
