Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate and understand clients' strengths and needs, ensuring a personalized approach to their mental health challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling sessions, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other emotional health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust among a diverse client population.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a detox center or with clients in recovery from substance use disorders.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth practices.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
