Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space while being an integral part of our Detox Center's multidisciplinary team. You will have the unique opportunity to connect with clients virtually, facilitating therapy sessions and assessments that directly impact their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate each client’s strengths, challenges, and specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, aimed at promoting recovery and improving clients' quality of life.
\n
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and health coaches, to coordinate integrated care that supports mental health alongside physical wellness.
\n
• Advocate for clients’ needs by connecting them with vital community resources and support services, enhancing their access to care.
\n
• Meticulously document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in our electronic health records system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
\n
• Engage in team meetings, participate in case conferences, and further develop your clinical skills through continuous education tailored to current best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of individuals, each with unique backgrounds and experiences, many of whom are navigating complex mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your empathetic approach and culturally competent practice will help foster trusting relationships that facilitate healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating actionable treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and social justice in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a remote clinical practice setting and familiarity with virtual telehealth tools.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Past advocacy or community service experience related to mental health support.
