Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality telehealth consultations to clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns.

• Manage your caseload effectively, with the ability to adjust your scheduled hours (between 5 to 40+ hours per week) according to personal and professional needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals across various age groups seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Clients are carefully screened and typically present with low acuity needs, allowing our LCSWs to focus on delivering impactful therapy rather than navigating crisis situations. You will leverage your strengths to create a supportive and therapeutic alliance with clients, empowering them in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and active Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• No disciplinary actions on your license.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

• A commitment to professionalism and ethical standards within the therapeutic relationship.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in your methods.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience managing a caseload in a clinical setting, preferably using teletherapy methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contribution of our LCSWs and provide a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a significant sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding. Benefits include:
