Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate patients' mental health status using evidence-based tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop personalized treatment plans that honor cultural diversity and special needs, collaborating closely with patients and their families to set achievable goals.

• Utilize appropriate treatment modalities to provide interventions that address mental health diagnoses, continually assessing patient progress and adapting strategies as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment plans, clinical notes, and other relevant documentation in accordance with psychiatric care regulations and departmental procedures.

• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care pathways for patients, establishing effective relationships with clinicians and referral agencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
