Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community connections and provide peer support.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as required to manage acute situations effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic care and ensure coordinated treatment strategies.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
