Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate client engagement and progress.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress toward their therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide a well-rounded approach to client care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing immediate mental health concerns, employing de-escalation techniques and providing necessary referrals.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring that all client interactions are recorded promptly and thoroughly.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on current research and best practices in the field of mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker.
