Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Riverplace Health System, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual psychotherapy and emotional support to patients experiencing mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and overall emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring they are culturally competent and tailored to each patient's unique requirements.

• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on feedback and observed outcomes, while collaborating with healthcare providers to coordinate care effectively.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and support system.

• Maintaining compliance with ethical and professional standards, including safeguarding patient confidentiality and securing informed consent where necessary.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
