This position is entirely remote, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work from the comfort of their own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, utilizing interviews and standardized assessment tools to identify client needs, strengths, and support systems.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique situation, outlining specific goals and evidence-based interventions.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to deliver coordinated care and ensure that treatment plans are effectively executed.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during challenging moments.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care and accurate records.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at empowering clients and their families through knowledge and shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
