Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients facing mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to determine severity and service needs.

• Develop and implement tailored integrated care plans, facilitating access to necessary services, and ensuring seamless communication among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet diverse client needs and varying severity of issues.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment adjustments, and collective approaches to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
