Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will engage in a wide range of essential responsibilities, including:

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in multiple settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in alignment with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

• Delivering psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and coping strategies necessary for managing mental health conditions.

• Conducting regular outcome assessments to measure the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
