Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their unique background, current struggles, and needs, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that not only address mental health challenges but also promote resilience and coping mechanisms.

• Engage in collaborative care discussions with interdisciplinary teams, participating in case reviews to ensure alignments with best practice treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development activities to ensure continuous improvement in skills and adherence to industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within our hospice settings, who often face complex emotional challenges related to life-limiting illnesses. You will need to provide empathetic support that addresses grief, depression, and anxiety, and help them navigate the emotional implications of their health situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid, active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
