Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques tailored to the client’s needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create coordinated care strategies and adapt treatment plans as needed.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning, ensuring clients feel secure and supported throughout their care journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic interventions and client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster connection among clients facing similar challenges.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights that can enhance service delivery

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our hospice clients are often experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges associated with terminal illness. As an LCSW, you will work closely with individuals and families to address issues such as grief, anxiety, and adjustment to life-limiting diagnoses. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
