Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather vital information on clients' mental health, emotional well-being, strengths, and resources.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy that align with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set realistic and achievable goals, regularly evaluating and adjusting these plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and collaborative care strategies for clients.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies and perform risk assessments to ensure client safety, aiding in effective safety planning when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to comply with all ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that encourage community among clients.

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele that may include individuals coping with major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
