Work Environment\n

You will work from the comfort of your home, connecting with clients through telehealth sessions or via phone. Our remote system allows for flexibility while ensuring you can maintain a work-life balance. The full-time work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, enabling consistent contact with your clients and facilitating timely interventions. Our team prioritizes collaborative care, and you will regularly liaise with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic support for your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, coordinate, and implement personalized support plans to aid clients in overcoming various challenges, drawing on evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to assess their current conditions, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Establish tailored, measurable goals for each case, ensuring client engagement and motivation through the process.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating exceptional calming techniques and skills in de-escalating tense situations.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, therapy sessions, and status reports in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Actively participate in case conferences and collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Serve as a key worker and advocate, empowering clients by referring them to community services that would aid in their recovery journey.

Your primary clients will involve individuals and families facing various socio-economic and psychological challenges, particularly within school settings. You will work closely with youth who may struggle with trauma and are in need of counseling and support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
