Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to understand their mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, employing solution-focused methodologies tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through electronic health records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing vital information on mental health resources and coping strategies.

In this role, you will work with a diverse demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
