Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a clinician by providing focused therapy to clients both in-person and virtually, conducting assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment targets the specific needs presented by each client.

• Implement evidence-based screening methods, followed by arranging in-depth assessments as necessary to align with the clients' mental health treatment objectives.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and integrate comprehensive care plans that connect clients to various support services.

• Monitor client progress, manage caseloads, and ensure timely, accurate documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and assist clients in navigating critical situations with sensitivity and competence.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with colleagues in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and impact.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work closely with clients grappling with a spectrum of severe emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure in Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
