Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients presenting symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans that respond to their unique needs.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, while integrating evidence-based practices to foster positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective, integrated care plans, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources and services.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings and assessments to identify clients' needs effectively while orienting them to available services.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changing circumstances and ensure ongoing support.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, demonstrating prompt and effective responses during critical situations.

• Complete reports and submit necessary documentation efficiently to maintain compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
