Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to effectively gather information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and interventions aligned with clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate with educators, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to ensure the well-being of our clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Organize and lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to foster resilience and coping strategies among students.
