Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to formulate a comprehensive understanding of each client's mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals and therapeutic needs, adjusting as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client wellness.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services, including safety planning, to clients encountering acute challenges.

• Maintain diligent and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records reflect the services provided accurately.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and community support groups that engage clients in their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with a diverse population of students aged K-12, including those experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health challenges. You will engage with families, teachers, and school administrators to craft a supportive network aimed at helping students achieve their personal and academic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from a nationally accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a potential sign-on bonus.
