Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in the form of individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement and facilitate programs focused on cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions, enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators, to develop and implement coordinated treatment plans that are client-centered.

• Address crisis situations with appropriate interventions, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to ensure client safety.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and supportive group environments to foster community and peer connection.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
