Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and creating integrated care plans that facilitate client access to necessary services and support.

• Delivering a range of clinical services, including individual and group therapy focused on understanding and addressing mental health challenges.

• Engaging with clients in both office and community settings, providing therapeutic interventions to those experiencing symptoms from severe emotional disorders.

• Utilizing evidence-based frameworks to conduct screening and detailed assessments for appropriate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Facilitating crisis interventions and ensuring clients have safe access to necessary interventions in times of need.

• Collaborating with team members to monitor the progress of clients, ensuring that treatment plans are effectively implemented and adjusted as needed.

• Participating in committees dedicated to quality improvement and service delivery enhancements at the organization.

• Assuring compliance with ethical guidelines and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.

• Providing on-call coverage during and after program hours as required to support ongoing client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role directly impacts the lives of clients from diverse backgrounds who experience significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disorders. By delivering tailored therapeutic interventions, you will help empower clients to achieve their personal goals and improve overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (a Master’s degree is preferred).

• A valid LCSW license to practice in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a social work capacity, preferably in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in developing and executing care plans and engaging in evidence-based practices.
\n
• Ability to work flexibly within various organizational structures and client demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences will be considered advantageous for candidates:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
