At the Detox Center, our team is made up of licensed professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers— all committed to delivering integrated care for our patients. Daily communication with team members will be conducted through various digital platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs, including initial intake evaluations and ongoing assessments throughout treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities.
\n
• Provide clinical interventions that may include crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic approaches to support patient goals.

• Manage case coordination by interfacing with healthcare team members, facilitating referrals, and ensuring each patient receives holistic care, especially those with co-occurring health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes utilizing electronic health records systems, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele predominantly consists of individuals experiencing acute mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and other co-occurring conditions. Your expertise will be essential in addressing their unique challenges and promoting recovery through personalized therapy and continuous support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical social work, with a strong preference for experience within a mental health context.
