Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setup, allowing for flexibility while effectively reaching students in various settings. While your home will be your primary office, the role requires occasional travel to our outpatient office for collaboration with team members and participation in essential meetings. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential evening shifts and rotating weekends as required to support students' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering timely support during mental health emergencies to ensure student safety and well-being.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and available community resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to uphold legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences geared toward professional development and collaborative case management.

Your primary client focus will include students facing a variety of special needs, specifically those with autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, and various emotional and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid and current LCSW licensure in Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
