Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mental health counseling to adolescents and young adults focusing on emotional stability, coping mechanisms, and progress tracking.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools to accurately determine clients' mental health status and establish effective treatment plans.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to assist individuals in managing their challenges.

• Maintain precise and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting client interactions and treatment progress to track outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
