Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients through virtual platforms and in-person meetings to accurately identify their specific mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, therapy progress, and treatment updates using our secure electronic health record system.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families, who are navigating various mental health challenges. You'll work with a diverse group of clients, providing culturally sensitive care tailored to unique individual circumstances and needs. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted Washington State Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
