Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients and their families, evaluating factors such as psychological aspects of physical health, social dynamics, and any history of substance use or dependency.

• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and developmental disorders, employing evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a range of psychotherapeutic techniques—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and family therapy—to establish realistic treatment goals tailored to individual client needs.

• Document patient progress and clinical data meticulously in electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and to facilitate coordinated care.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic, participating in case discussions and inter-professional meetings to enhance patient care.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned, remaining adaptable to the evolving needs of the patients and the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, including a qualifying internship experience.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Proven experience in providing psychological services, with a minimum of 12 months of relevant practice within the last two years.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD $52,000 to $70,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
