Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that focus on understanding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and personal resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, including one-on-one therapy, family counseling, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused interventions.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that reflect specific goals and interventions geared toward enhancing clients’ mental wellness.

• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, creating an atmosphere conducive to sharing and personal growth.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop risk assessments while creating effective safety plans for at-risk clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
