Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing established tools to evaluate clients’ psychological and emotional well-being, and to identify specific needs and challenges.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans in close collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique situations and mental health goals to promote resilience and well-being.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy, adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of our client population.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques that foster personal growth, emotional expression, and effective coping strategies in clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services by employing de-escalation techniques during urgent mental health incidents, ensuring client safety and connecting them to necessary levels of care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed participation in care.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration within the practice.

• Remain informed about local and state regulations as well as best practices for mental health care within community settings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
